Please be aware that our return policy only offers store credit; we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We also do not facilitate direct exchanges. Once we receive a returned item, we will issue store credit that can be used to purchase the correct size or a different style—feel free to use the credit however you wish. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled, nor can those currently in transit.

Items purchased using a coupon code also qualify for store credit. If you decide to cancel an exchanged item, please note that the original order will only receive store credit, not a refund.
